Please read the Terms of Use carefully because when you use our site, you become subject to the legal obligations that they contain.

Acceptance
When you use the Products and Services, you agree to be bound by, and to comply with, the Terms of Use shown herein without limitation or qualification. You also agree to be bound by and comply with any other posted guidelines or rules applicable to any individual WEDDING BRILLIANCE web site, Product or Service.

Conditions And Restrictions On Use
You must comply with these Terms of Use in order to use the Products and Services offered by WEDDING BRILLIANCE. If you fail to comply with the Terms of Use, you acknowledge and agree that WEDDING BRILLIANCE may terminate your access to WEDDING BRILLIANCE or to any of the Products and Services. Failure to comply may result in termination without prior or any notice and is at the sole discretion of WEDDING BRILLIANCE. Additionally, your use may be terminated for any conduct that, in its sole discretion WEDDING BRILLIANCE believes may be directly or indirectly harmful to, WEDDING BRILLIANCE, its subsidiaries, affiliates, business contractors, other users, or other third parties or that violates any local, domestic or foreign laws or regulations.

Registration
You become a registered user of WEDDING BRILLIANCE when you fill out an on-line registration form on behalf of yourself or your company. When you provide personally identifying information (such as name, address, telephone, email address, and details of its business, etc.) you (or your company) become(s) a Registered User of WEDDING BRILLIANCE. (User) WEDDING BRILLIANCE will create an account for you. You will be assigned a User ID and password for log-in access to your Account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and ID. You are also fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or ID. You agree to (a) immediately notify WEDDING BRILLIANCE of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security, and (b) ensure that you have exited (logged off) from your account at the end of each session. WEDDING BRILLIANCE is not liable for any loss or damage arising from any failure to comply with this requirement.

WEDDING BRILLIANCE may assign to you a web-based email account with limited storage space for you to send or receive email. You are responsible for the content of all of the messages communicated through the Email Account, and the consequences of any such message.
If you are registered as a business entity, you represent that (a) you are authorized to bind the entity to this Agreement; (b) the address you submitted when registering is the principal place of business of the business entity; and (c) all other information submitted to WEDDING BRILLIANCE during the registration process is true, accurate, current and complete. For purposes of this provision, a branch or representative office will not be considered a separate entity and its principal place of business will be deemed to be that of its head office.

By becoming a Registered User, you authorize WEDDING BRILLIANCE to share information with other Users in accordance with the established Privacy Policy of WEDDING BRILLIANCE. It is important that you read WEDDING BRILLIANCE's Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy governs the protection and use of any of your User information that is in WEDDING BRILLIANCE's possession. You hereby accept the Privacy Policy and any updates and amendments thereto. You acknowledge that WEDDING BRILLIANCE may change the Privacy Policy from time to time provided that WEDDING BRILLIANCE makes available the most current version of the Privacy Policy on the Site at all times. Your continued use of the Site shall be deemed to be your acceptance of the Privacy Policy.

Your User Account or email Account may be suspended or terminated by WEDDING BRILLIANCE at any time by giving no less than 24-hour notice to the Registered User. However notice is not required for such termination if (a) in WEDDING BRILLIANCE's determination, you have in any way breached the provisions of this Agreement; or (b) WEDDING BRILLIANCE has reasonable grounds to suspect that the information you provided at registration is untrue, inaccurate or is not current or complete.

WEDDING BRILLIANCE currently maintains different levels of membership and access. At this time no charges are associated with the “Free Membership” Access to WEDDING BRILLIANCE. “Premium Service" Memberships which provide for additional services (such as advertising, trade or membership services) do incur certain costs and fees. Please note that use of certain services or features of WEDDING BRILLIANCE that are part of the Premium Service Membership packages are governed by additional Terms of Use under separate agreements in addition to these Terms & Conditions. WEDDING BRILLIANCE reserves the right to modify the fee structure of its memberships and will notify users of any changes to said fee structure.

Member And User Conduct
WEDDING BRILLIANCE does not control any user or third party Content posted, emailed or otherwise transmitted via the Products and Services, and, as such, does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of such user or third party Content. By using the Products and services, you acknowledge and agree that you may be exposed to offensive, objectionable or indecent Content. WEDDING BRILLIANCE is not responsible under any circumstances or liable in any way for user or third party Content, including, but not limited to, errors or omissions in such Content, or loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of such Content Additionally, WEDDING BRILLIANCE does not pre-screen user or third party Content posted on WEDDING BRILLIANCE While WEDDING BRILLIANCE reserves the right to screen and monitor any and all areas of the Products and Services for adherence to these Terms of Use (or any other rules or guidelines posted by WEDDING BRILLIANCE), it does not guarantee that any content will be screened or monitored to your satisfaction or at all.

Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use any aspect of WEDDING BRILLIANCE Products and Services to: a) Upload, post, email, otherwise transmit, or post links to any Content. b) Select a member or user name or email address that is unlawful, harmful, pornographic or otherwise objectionable. c) Collect or store personally identifying information about other users for unlawful purposes. d) Use your email account for junk mail, chain letters, spamming or objectionable materials of any kind or nature. Furthermore you agree to refrain from using your email account to obscene, indecent, seditious, offensive, defamatory, threatening, or which incites or results in causing racial hatred, discrimination, menace or breach of confidence. e) Sell, attempt to sell, offer to sell, give, assign or otherwise transfer an Account, User ID or Password to a third party without the prior written consent of WEDDING BRILLIANCE Notwithstanding this section above, WEDDING BRILLIANCE may refuse registration and deny the issuance of an Account and/or Email Account and associated User ID and Password to any User for whatever reason.

Termination
WEDDING BRILLIANCE reserves the right to terminate the service at any time or for any reason, with or without notice, if it concludes that you are participating in fraudulent or illegal activities, or are engaged in Prohibited Conduct, as listed above or are involved in activities that may damage the rights of WEDDING BRILLIANCE or others. WEDDING BRILLIANCE has the right to temporarily or permanently terminate membership for any of the following reasons:

1. Utilize WEDDING BRILLIANCE to send spam or junk mail messages or repeatedly publish the same product information.
2. Post any material to members that is not related to international trade or business cooperation.
3. Impersonate or unlawfully use another company's name to post information or conduct business of any form.
4. Any unauthorized access, use, modification or control of the WEDDING BRILLIANCE database, network or related services.
5. Obtain by any means WEDDING BRILLIANCE members' usernames and/or passwords.

WEDDING BRILLIANCE also may suspend or terminate any user account for any Product or Service because of user inactivity. For example, a WEDDING BRILLIANCE account may be terminated or suspended if a user fails to sign-in to WEDDING BRILLIANCE Service for an extended period of time; please see WEDDING BRILLIANCE Rules and Regulation section for more information regarding WEDDING BRILLIANCE's policies concerning account termination.

Content
You acknowledge and agree that WEDDING BRILLIANCE and its designees shall have the right (but not the obligation), in their sole discretion, to remove, block access or refuse to publish any Content that is available via the Products and Services at any time, for any reason, or for no reason at all, with or without notice. If you violate these Terms of Use you acknowledge that WEDDING BRILLIANCE may terminate access to, or membership in WEDDING BRILLIANCE, or any portion thereof. You also acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to evaluate, and bear all risks associated with the use of any Content, including reliance on the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of such Content. In this regard, you acknowledge that you may not rely on any Content created by or obtained through the use of WEDDING BRILLIANCE Products and Services.

You expressly acknowledge and agree that WEDDING BRILLIANCE may preserve Content and may also disclose Content if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such preservation or disclosure is reasonably necessary to: (a) comply with legal process; (b) enforce the Terms of Use; (c) respond to claims that any Content violates the rights of third-parties; or (d) protect the rights, property, or personal safety of WEDDING BRILLIANCE, its users and the public. You acknowledge and agree that the technical processing and transmission of the Products and Services, including your Content, may involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices.

WEDDING BRILLIANCE does not have control over such websites and resources provided by those websites. Additionally, WEDDING BRILLIANCE does not endorse and is not responsible for validity of any content, advertising, service, product or information from said linking websites. WEDDING BRILLIANCE is not liable, or responsible, directly or indirectly, for any damage, or loss of any kind caused by any content, advertising, service, product or information contained in any linking website.
